the location, close to mall, right off the highway. A lot of good eating places within 2-3 blocks. everything at the hotel was excellent, staff, rooms, pool, games for our grandkids. duffys Pub !! The food for breakfast was good

maybe have the breakfast at 6-6:30 on weekends instead of 7. That hour makes a big difference if you are leaving right away in the morning. Would have liked to have eggs both days.

The room we had included a safe, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. Its location was good and absolutely perfect, so close to the airport as well as many restaurants in the area, Appleton, WI, and great restaurants.

The lobby was so bright and cute, it seemed like stepping into a charming café. I especially appreciated the easy access to various areas.

More comfortable seating in common areas, please.

Looking forward to sit in hot tub but quite dirty and a lot of foam which was not appealing, so didn't use it.

Clean hotel, I loved pleasant and welcoming staff. The room was clean and fine with a king size bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Marvellous and exceptionally nice location very close to the mall and restaurants, the airport shuttle service, and airport, I felt safe. Also, such main attraction as Fox Cities Stadium was 1 mile from this venue.

The indoor pool had a fun water slide, perfect for families. Our room was spacious and equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge. The breakfast offered hot items like fried eggs and fresh fruit, delicious. We also enjoyed free adult drinks during happy hour. Clean and well-maintained spaces throughout the hotel.

The staff provided really good service, catering to my business needs seamlessly. The room was well-appointed with a spacious layout. The breakfast featured a variety of options, including hot oatmeal and fresh fruits, which fueled my mornings perfectly.

The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally slow.

The bartender during happy hour could be rude at times.

The bed in my standard king suite was super comfy, and exactly what I needed after a long seminar. The staff was helpful. They quickly provided an extra blanket for my pull-out bed. Dinner options nearby like wendy's and arby's were a bonus, and the pool was great for the kids!
